Lovely queen room that had hot showers. the staff was really friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable - definitely a place worth returning to! 💫.

Fairly clean place, staff was affable. Single room had an extremely comfy bed. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, which was great. Its location close to the airport was peaceful. Besides, it was not far from Kili hike and safari, the restaurant and safari.

The variety of delicious food options available here, coupled with its convenient location near the airport and accessibility to nearby convenience stores and shops, make it a great spot to stay.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hot showers were a pleasant surprise. The hotel also offered a ride to and from the airport, which was very convenient. The simple breakfast provided was sufficient, and the small pool in the garden was a nice feature to cool off in on hot days.

One downside was that the location was a bit secluded, requiring a dala dala or taxi to reach the city center. Additionally, the food service at the hotel was quite slow and the portion sizes were small.

I stayed at this hotel for an overnight stay between safari trips and it was perfect. The staff was super helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The shower actually had hot water, which is not always the case in Tanzania. The food was tasty, and even though you have to wait a bit, they do warn you and provide you with the time it will be ready. The hotel room was extremely clean and had a mosquito net. Complimentary bottled water and breakfast were included, exceeding my expectations for the price I paid. The property is large, with a good restaurant and swimming pool, providing a great place to relax. There are also nearby stores, a pharmacy, liquor store, and small vegetable vendors.

The hotel was fairly clean. the staff was pretty friendly. the receptionist was calm and sweet. the single room I stayed in was reasonably large and functional with a balcony.

I had a wonderful stay at Karibu Heritage House. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel also provided complimentary bottled water, a nice touch. The breakfast included in the stay was a great bonus. For the price I paid, I was kinda surprised by the overall experience.

I always come back here. Kind staff helped my old parents. This place suits me. Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar. Coming back for Christmas!

The staff at this amazing hotel were beyond welcoming and friendly, especially Sifael. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with mosquito nets and reliable WiFi. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm water in the shower. The small restaurant served delicious food, but be sure to order in advance as there is only one hardworking chef. For the price, this place is an absolute gem, perfect for a one-night stay before or after a safari.
